My plan expired — does control still work? Membership levels and remote-management expiry
The Membership page shows four rows: account, current level, membership expiry and remote-management expiry. Levels are Free, VIP and SVIP; unbound accounts show “not bound” and local mode shows “local, not bound”.
My plan expired — is the PC still managed?
Yes. Slots, lock screen, app controls and points rules already delivered to the device are unaffected and keep running; expiry only disables remote care, remote settings, temporary management and mode switching in the web console. The difference is below.

How is the remote-management expiry shown?
- VIP / SVIP: shows “valid with membership”, matching the membership expiry.
- Free: shows “X days left (date)” with a 7-day trial on registration; after that “expired (date)”.
- The Windows client only displays it; enforcement after expiry is handled centrally by the web side.
How do I upgrade or renew? What does it cost?
- Click Upgrade / Renew / Partner to open the membership center of the current site in your default browser and complete payment.
- The free edition stays usable long-term with no phone number required (1 device + 7-day remote-care trial). Device counts and prices follow the official pricing page; this guide promises no discounts or refund windows.
- The Refresh button re-pulls membership and invite data from the server; repeated clicks within 5 seconds are ignored.
How do invite codes and rewards work?
The first-run wizard accepts someone else's invite code (digits only, optional). Your own code and link appear on the Membership page where you can copy the link; stats read “invited X | upgraded X | VIP reward X days | commission ¥X”. Reward rules follow the official campaign page.
